My ears are fully red! It's uncanny, I look like a flamin' elf! Not that elves have red ears... hmmm... I look like something with red ears then. Hey, don't they say that if your ears are burning someone's talking about you?! Ahhh, now that explains it all! Or maybe that's just wishful thinking. Maybe I'm really coming down with a fever or something! Uh-oh... It doesn't seem as glamorous now, does it?

I've been doing renewals all day. It's actually been pretty good! We've started using an Excel spreadsheet to do all of the renewals and new business, and I get to play around with all the formulas and everything, which is fun. :) I can't believe I just said that work is fun, but there you go. Speaking of which, I'd better get back to it. C-ya L8er! (Don't you hate it when people do that??? I do. LOL I'm such a hypocrite, seeing as I just did it myself!)
